Install the extension
1
Add the extension to your browser
Install the ProxyScrape extension from your browser’s extension store (available for Chromium-based browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Brave).
2
Pin it to your toolbar
Pin the extension so its icon stays visible next to the address bar for quick access.
Add a proxy
1
Open the extension
Click the ProxyScrape icon in your browser toolbar.
2
Enter your proxy details
Add the proxy’s host, port, and protocol (HTTP or SOCKS5). You can find these in your dashboard:
- Premium: Proxy List
- Dedicated: Proxy List
- Residential: Proxy Setup
3
Add your credentials
If you use username and password authentication, enter your username and password. If you use IP authentication instead, make sure your current IP is authenticated first — see How to authenticate my IP?.
4
Enable the proxy
Toggle the proxy on. Your browser traffic now routes through the selected proxy.
The extension only affects traffic from the browser it is installed in. Other applications on your device continue to use your normal connection.
