We currently support subscriptions for credit cards. If you are on a subscription, you will see a “Billing” section on your dashboard. If you do not see this, there is no need to cancel, it means that you are not on a subscription. To cancel this feature, you can do so from your dashboard. Please follow these steps:

Log in to your dashboard

Sign in to your ProxyScrape account dashboard.

Navigate to the Billing section

Open the “Billing” section on your dashboard.

Select Cancel Subscription

Choose the “Cancel Subscription” option.

Confirm cancellation on Paddle

A pop-up message will appear, prompting you to visit the Subscription Cancellation page on Paddle. Click on the link provided and follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation of your ProxyScrape premium subscription.
Once you have completed these steps, your subscription will be canceled, and you will not be charged for any further renewals.
Cancelling your subscription only stops the auto-renewal. You will still have access to your proxies until the subscription expires.
