Premium Plan

If the plan was paid using a credit card, yes, it will be automatically renewed every month. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your dashboard. Please follow these steps:
  1. Log in to your dashboard. Sign into your ProxyScrape account dashboard. Make sure the correct sub-account is selected before proceeding.
  2. Navigate to Billing. Go to the “Billing” section in the dashboard.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription. Choose “Cancel Subscription.”
  4. Confirm on Paddle. A pop-up will prompt you to visit the Subscription Cancellation page on Paddle. Click the provided link and follow the instructions to confirm your ProxyScrape premium subscription cancellation.
Once you have completed these steps, your subscription will be canceled, and you will not be charged for any further renewals.

Dedicated Plan

Auto-renewal is currently not supported.

Residential Plan

Residential plans don’t automatically renew; additional bandwidth or upgrades are added manually via the dashboard.
