- The Purchaser hasn’t used more than 1 GB of traffic;
- Payment is made via credit card;
- The purchase doesn’t exceed $100;
- There has been no refund to the same Purchaser within the same calendar month;
- The purchaser requested the refund within three days after the purchase.
