# Restricted Websites and Ports for Bandwidth-Based Residential Packages


> A list of restricted websites, domains, and ports that cannot be accessed when using ProxyScrape's bandwidth-based residential proxy packages.

## Restricted Websites

The following websites and services are currently inaccessible through Residential Proxies:

* Government websites (domains ending in `.gov`)
* Banks, payment gateways, and payment processors

## Restricted Ports

The following ports are currently restricted when using Residential Proxies:

| 11211 | Memcached |
| 63002 | Application-specific |
