# Premium proxies overview

> What ProxyScrape Premium proxies are — shared datacenter proxies on unlimited or bandwidth-based packages.

[Premium proxies](https://proxyscrape.com/products/premium) are datacenter proxies that are shared between customers. Because the pool is shared, we can keep pricing extremely low while maintaining a high-quality proxy pool. This page covers the Premium product.

## Shared datacenter proxies

* The proxies are **shared** among multiple customers — they are not exclusive to you.
* Premium is offered as either an **unlimited** package or a **bandwidth-based** package.
* Both **IP authentication** and **username/password authentication** are supported.
* **Protocols:** HTTP and SOCKS5. The SOCKS5 proxies support **both TCP and UDP**.
