# Rotation and sticky sessions

> How rotation and static sessions work for ProxyScrape Mobile proxies.

## Rotation

Mobile proxies **rotate by default** — you get a new IP on every connection.

## Sticky sessions

Mobile supports a **static session** of roughly **3 minutes**. When you choose the static option, the setup screen appends a `-session-{id}` keyword to your username (a session identifier). Unlike Regular Residential, mobile sessions do **not** take a custom lifetime or TTL value — the session length is fixed.
