# Restricted Websites and Ports for Dedicated ISP Proxies

<Note>
  **GOVERNMENT** and **BANKING** websites are not allowed and are blocked on our Dedicated ISP Proxies.

  These restrictions help prevent illegal or abusive activity while keeping our network, services, and partners safe.
</Note>

The following ports cannot currently be accessed through **Dedicated ISP proxies**:

| 993 | IMAPS |
| 995 | POP3S |
| 1900 | SSDP / UPnP |
| 2087 | cPanel WHM |
| 3222 | Application-specific |
| 3389 | RDP |
| 5555 | ADB / Application-specific |
| 5858 | Java Debugging / Application-specific |
| 6000–6010 | X11 |
| 11211 | Memcached |
| 63002 | Application-specific |
