# I didn't receive my product

> What to do if you did not receive your proxy credentials or product after purchase.

## Make sure to sign up using the same email address you used for purchasing

Sometimes users sign up with a different email. Always ensure you use the same email address you used when purchasing.

## Check all the Accounts under your dashboard

Accounts or plans purchased using the same email are grouped under one dashboard. To view them:

* Log in to your [dashboard](https://dashboard.proxyscrape.com/v2/)
* Navigate to the "Accounts" section in the top left
* Select "Account #" from the dropdown menu

## Make sure you used the correct email

Maybe you used the wrong email at checkout or mistyped it. If so, please [contact our support](https://proxyscrape.com/contact) and provide your order ID or the mistyped email.

## Credit Card payment

Sometimes our merchant of record Paddle may need to manually review your purchase before you receive the product. If this happens:

* You will receive an email from Paddle indicating they are reviewing your order manually.
* After a successful review, you will receive your product.
* If the review is unsuccessful, your card will not be charged.

## Cryptocurrency payments

For users new to cryptocurrencies, a few issues can occur when paying. Please read the points below to avoid or correct them.

* **Double-check the destination address**\
  When buying with cryptocurrencies, make sure to send funds to the correct address. Double-check that the address pasted in your wallet matches the one copied from our site before sending. If funds are sent to the wrong address, we will be unable to provide the product.
* **Wait for the transaction to confirm**\
  Cryptocurrency transactions are marked as received only after confirmation on the blockchain. Confirmation time depends on the fee you pay to the network; we cannot speed this up. You will receive your product once the transaction is completed.
* **Payment out of Gas**\
  Gas is the fee for the Ethereum network. If your payment runs out of gas, the money will not have left your wallet. In that case, retry your order.
* **You have not used the ERC20 network**\
  For Ethereum and Ethereum-related tokens, Coingate can only receive ERC20. If you sent the payment via BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain), the funds will be lost.
* **Other problems**\
