# Can I get a refund?

* The purchase is not related to an account upgrade;
* The Purchaser hasn’t used more than 1 GB of traffic;
* Payment is made via credit card;
* The purchase doesn’t exceed \$100;
* There has been no refund to the same Purchaser within the same calendar month;
* The purchaser requested the refund within three days after the purchase.
