# Can I downgrade my account?

> Whether you can downgrade your plan and how to do it.

Currently, account downgrades are not possible via the ProxyScrape dashboard. If you need to downgrade, we recommend purchasing a new, lower-tier subscription and canceling the existing one.

To get started, go to your dashboard and click [Add Service](https://dashboard.proxyscrape.com/v2/services/add) in the upper left corner. You will be redirected to the sales page where you can select your new plan.
